Delivery Information

Every effort is made to dispatch the products to you within 1 to 10 days dependant on area and size but due to high demand this is not guaranteed  (not including bank holidays)

4m widths are quite long for one person to carry safely, so drivers may need assistance in unloading your grass. The drivers are only obliged to drop at the main entrance of the property.

The following conditions apply to 2m and 4m deliveries.

Important

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN FOR THE ARTIFICIAL GRASS IF YOU FEEL IT HAS BEEN BENT OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY. 

Please sign the drivers paperwork as “UNCHECKED”.

If you provide the driver with a signature you are accepting the goods have been delivered in perfect condition. We will not be able to make a claim on your behalf for damages if the freight company can provide us with a copy of your signature.

Deliveries will be to the main entrance to your premises, the driver is not permitted to enter your premises. (The handling of the artificial turf is heavy and the roll cannot be bent, it may be easier to leave it outside until ready to be fitted)

You must inform us of any parking or access difficulties that may be encountered. We will pass this information on to the delivery company. If access is not possible for any reason the carrier will unload at the nearest possible location. (Single drivers with no handling equipment may be used, therefore they may not be able to carry your artificial grass far from the place of unloading)

It will be necessary for the driver to obtain a signature for this delivery. The driver is allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to off load and obtain a signature.

We are unable to give a precise delivery time unless it has been agreed by telephone, the standard delivery service used is within seven working days. As we have no control over the deliveries after they leave our warehouse we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays and no compensation will be payable by ourselves.

Returns

Terms and conditions

Always keep your online receipt for any products purchased. It will enable us to deal with your cancellation or return quickly.

Products delivered to you

If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 14 days after delivery by:

This is subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused
  • Orders which are cut or made to measure to meet your requirements will not be exchanged or refunded
  • You will receive a full refund of the price paid (including relevant delivery charges) less any collection charges.

If you return part of an order, we will recalculate any applicable delivery charge for the remaining part of the order and also deduct this from the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return or to require proof of identity.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. Please note that products may have a slight colour variance due to the product being manufactured in batches and this is not a fault.
